All airline bookings must be paid in full (100%) in advance before ticket issuance. This is necessary as many budget airlines offer non-refundable tickets, which cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once issued.

All passengers are required to have passports that are valid for at least 6 months after the travel period.
Unless otherwise indicated, visa processing is not part of your package. We can help with applications but decisions are entirely at the discretion of the issuing authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any refusals or delays.
Once your booking and visa are issued, please check all personal details (such as name, passport number, travel dates, etc.) carefully.
If there is any spelling mistake or incorrect information, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of issuance.
After 24 hours, we will not be able to make any corrections, and any reissue or change may result in additional charges or may not be possible at all, depending on airline or visa policies.
We are the mediator between you and the airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service providers. While we work closely with trusted partners, these services are not directly managed by us.

Some hotel reservations may fall under non-refundable or limited cancellation policies. In such cases, full payment must be made in advance, and no refund or date change will be possible once the booking is confirmed.
Please note: In some countries, a local city tax (tourism or government tax) may apply. This tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid directly by the customer to the hotel at the time of check-in or check-out, as per local regulations.

Transport provided is only as per your confirmed itinerary. Any additional usage beyond the agreed schedule will be at an extra cost.
