
Client Challenge
One of our corporate clients had planned a business trip to Europe on an aircraft from the UAE. However, the airline cancelled the fl ight the day before the journey, which created a serious problem for the client. The airline arranged a replacement fl ight for a later date, which was unacceptable to the client because he was scheduled to attend an important meeting. This was a very important meeting for his business, and his attendance was crucial. When we
checked, we identifi ed that there was another fl ight scheduled for the same destination on the same day at night.
Our Approach
- Muwaileh Tourism, a reliable corporate travel agency in Dubai, took prompt measures to resolve the client’s issue.
- First, we called the airline call centre for help. This did not prove to be of any help, so we approached the next level.
- We then visited the airline offi ce to look for alternative solutions. But this attempt was also in vain.
- Since our attempts were in vain, we had to escalate this matter to the next level, and a member of our devoted team visited the airport ticketing offi ce to get a seat on the current fl ight.
The Solution
Since there was less availability of seats, our efforts to book the next fl ight became futile.
As always, determined to help our client in any way we could, our team approached the airline supervisor at the airport with all the relevant documentation needed.
After considering the case, the airline supervisor recognised the signifi cance of the case and agreed to book the client’s seat on the next available same-day fl ight.
Result
Thanks to our efforts and proactive actions, the client was able to board the same-day fl ight and make his business appointment.
